Network analytics
How big is each plan's provider network, how much do two networks overlap, and how many of your clients' doctors stay in-network? Pick a ZIP code to see the plans sold there, compare their networks, or paste a list of doctor NPIs for a disruption check.

About network analytics
A plan's provider network decides which doctors and hospitals a member can see at the plan's in-network price. Brokers and employers moving a group to a new carrier or an ICHRA need to know how many of the doctors their people already see will still be in-network. This tool answers that for individual-market plans from the provider network files loaded by Choice Arrangement Deck.
What you can do
- Network sizes. Enter a ZIP code to list the plans sold there and the number of providers (NPIs) in each plan's network. Plans that share a network are grouped.
- Compare networks. Choose 2 to 10 plans and see the providers in all of them, the providers only in one, and the overlap between each pair.
- Disruption analysis. Paste the NPIs of the doctors your group sees (for example from an employee census) and see the percentage in-network on every plan at the ZIP code, and which doctors would be out-of-network.
Estimated networks
Most networks come straight from the insurer's published provider files. Where an insurer does not publish a network file, we build the network from in-network rate (price transparency) files, a directory crosswalk or a clinic expansion. These networks are labelled estimated everywhere in the results: treat their membership as an approximation and confirm a doctor with the insurer.
Your privacy
No sign-in is needed. The NPI list you paste is used only to answer your request. It is not saved or stored.
For developers
The same analytics are available in the Developer API as network sizes, comparison and disruption endpoints under /v1/networks (scope providers).
Based on provider directory and in-network files as loaded by Choice Arrangement Deck. Insurers change networks at any time and files can lag: confirm a doctor's participation with the insurer before enrolling.
