1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Choice Arrangement Deck (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we,” “us”). By using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or agency (“Customer”), you agree to these Terms and confirm you are authorized to bind the Customer.

5. Acceptable use
Customers will not misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except as permitted by law, reselling it without permission, or using it in violation of law.
6. Accounts
Customers are responsible for their users and for keeping login credentials secure, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a [monthly or annual] basis at the prices shown at sign-up. [Describe free trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and taxes.]
